MEALS AT NO COST IS EXTENDED FOR THE 2024-2025 SCHOOL YEAR
The Mineral Springs School District is pleased to announce that breakfasts and lunches will be served to all students at NO CHARGE during the 2024 - 2025 school year.
This year the Mineral Springs School District is a Provision 2 school and therefore we need ALL parents to fill out our Meal Application. You can find this application at the following link: EZ Meal App
These meal benefits do not include a la carte items sold in the cafeteria. If students wish to purchase items a la carte, they will need to have money for those purchases.
All adults, e.g., visitors, teachers, support staff members, and administrators of the district must assume the full cost of the meal which is $1.75 for Breakfast and $4.50 for Lunch. Nondiscrimination Statement: This explains what to do if you believe you have been treated unfairly.

To file a program discrimination complaint, a Complainant should complete Form AD 3027, USDA Program Discrimination Complaint Form which can be obtained online at Complaint Form from any USDA office, by calling (866) 632-9992, or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. The letter must contain the complainant's name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
